– The red Honda NSX is listed for sale in the UK for £500,000 ($AU955,000).
– Car was registered in 1991 and has covered approximately 65,000 kilometres.
– Given to the triple F1 World Champion by Honda, while he was driving for the McLaren Honda F1 team.
– Senna assisted in the development of the car, resulting in Honda engineers increasing the chassis stiffness of the NSX by 50 percent.
– Kept at Senna’s home in Portugal during the early 1990s.
– Reportedly featured in the Senna documentary ‘Racing is in My Blood’.
– Car is currently owned by Robert McFagan, who purchased the NSX in 2013 on a trip to Portugal.
– Senna had two other black NSXs, one for personal use and other gifted to him by his old manager, Antonio Braga.
– The NSX will be on show at the Senna exhibition at the Silverstone circuit from 23 to 25 August 2024.
