Fernando Alonso, arguably the greatest natural talent to ever compete in motorsport, is returning to Formula 1 for the 2021 season. The Spaniard retired at the end of 2018, but will be joining Renault alongside Esteban Ocon next season. Carbon fibre wheels are 13 times stronger and 40% lighter than aluminium wheels. This results in faster acceleration and enables the car to change direction more precisely.
